  • What are Sworp Rent pricing plans?

    Sworp Rent offers four pricing plans: one free plan and three paid plans. The Free plan includes basic features, while the paid plans offer additional advanced features.

  • What are the differences between the free and paid plans?

    The main difference is the limitation on adding certain items, such as portfolios. The number of properties is unlimited in all plans, but the paid ones have several additional features. You can find specific differences in the overview above.

  • How much do the paid plans cost?

    The Standard plan costs CZK 49/unit and the Premium plan costs CZK 99/unit. For Custom plan pricing, contact us.

  • Can I upgrade or downgrade at any time?

    Yes, you can upgrade or downgrade your Sworp Rent plan at any time to better suit your needs. Simply log in to your Sworp Rent account and navigate to the billing settings to make changes.

  • Are there any long-term commitments or contracts with the paid plans?

    No, there are no long-term commitments or contracts required with Sworp Rent’s paid plans. You can choose to subscribe on a monthly basis and you can cancel your subscription at any time without any additional charges.

  • Are there any hidden fees or additional charges?

    No. We believe in complete transparency in our pricing. You pay for the number of units you are managing using Sworp with no minimum fees. There are no hidden fees or additional charges.

  • What is the Variable discount for the actual use of different numbers of units?

    Each month, you will be charged for the maximum number of units you reached in that month. However, the number of units may change during the month due to adding and deleting them. For this reason, the “Variable discount for the actual use of different numbers of units” is applied to the billed amount.

  • What exactly is meant by a unit for which payment is made?

    Every added property in the system is counted, regardless of whether it was later archived. The exception is buildings divided into multiple units, for which payment is made only for the added units. If you have added a building to Sworp Rent and also an apartment to it, it still counts as one unit because the building as a whole is not rented out. If you rent out the entire building, not fragmented by units, it is counted as one unit.

  • How does the “Discount for the incomplete month of the plan” work?

    When you cancel your subscription before the end of the paid month, you will only pay for the part of the month during which you had an active plan. This discount will appear on your invoice as “Discount for the incomplete month of the plan.”
