SWORP aims to make your life easier, so we have prepared a quick start onboarding for you to get acquainted with the software, and how it can help to optimize your everyday property management workload.
Whether you like to be completely involved, or let others take care of repetitive tasks, SWORP allows you to choose your level of involvement and automatization.
1. Registration
Navigate to rent.sworp.com and click on Register to create your SWORP account:
Provide an email address and a password of your choice:
Input your personal details, and select your preferred language. By default, we will load SWORP according to your browser's language settings, but you can change it to Czech, English or Spanish.
2. Add Properties
Add one or more of your properties. We will start by adding Buildings.
We start by introducing the address of the Building where your property is.
Select the type of Building
If you own the whole Building, check "I own the whole building"
Add as many buildings as needed.
For each building, add Units as needed.
Click on "Finish"
Now you can choose to Add your first tenant or have a look at your properties in SWORP.
Add your first tenant:
Introduce your tenant's details
Introduce your rental contract details
You can now check your tenant's accounting, and see all the receivables created for the next 3 months
You may introduce already received payments
You can also pair your bank account to synchronize your tenant's payments automatically
Start Using SWORP:
You can see your properties in the Dashboard map
Your properties are listed in the Properties page
You can now add more details about your properties, move tenants in or add income & expenses
