It is easy to invite other users to see and manage the properties in your Portfolio.

Invite to Access Portfolio:

1. The Portfolio column is always available on the left hand side.
2. Click on the Settings icon
3. Click on the Portfolio you want to invite a new member to
4. Click on “Invite Member”
5. Introduce the email address of the user you would like to invite
6. We will send an invitation link to the introduced email address
7. The invitation is now pending, until the user registers in the system using the invitation link

Remove Access to Portfolio:

You can remove the access to the portfolio anytime:

1. The Portfolio column is always available on the left hand side.
2. Click on the Settings icon
3. Click on the Portfolio you want to remove access from
4. In Portfolio Managers, you can see all the users that have access to your portfolio.
5. Click on the User name, and select “Remove Access”
