Method 1 (When the payment has already been made)

  1. Click on the “+ Money Out” option on the top right corner of the dashboard
  2. Select “Outgoing Payment”
  3. Choose the “Tenant” through the dropdown
  4. Choose the “Expense Category” through the dropdown
  5. Choose the “Payment Type”
  6. Enter the “Paid Amount” (Amount paid by you)
  7. Enter the “Paid Date”
  8. If you want to add a note for files, click on “More Options”
  9. Click on “Add Payment”
Method 1 – Outgoing Payment

Method 2 (Sending overdue payments)

When a payment has already been made but is yet to be marked by the system as paid, it shows pending payment. Hence, for transactions as such, we can mark them as paid easily

  1. Go to “Accounting”
  2. Look for transactions with an “Overdue” status
  3. Click on “Overdue”
  4. Click on “Mark as paid”
  5. Click on “Submit”
Method 2 – Sending overdue payments

Method 3

When the transactions exist but are not marked as received. Likewise, we can use this method for paying bulk transactions as well

  1. Click on the “+ Money Out” option on the top right corner of the dashboard
  2. Select “Existing Payables”
  3. Choose the “Tenant” through the dropdown
  4. Choose the transactions from which the money needs to be sent
  5. Click on “Pay Selected”
