How do I add expected income from a Property

Click on the “+ Money In” option on the top right corner of the dashboard
Select “New Receivable”
Click on “Transaction not related to the tenant?” to generate “Transaction not related to property”
Select the “Property”
Choose the “Title”
Enter the “Amount”
Click on “Mark as Paid” if the payment has been received
Enter the “Due Date” as in until when the payment will be received
If you want to add a note for files, click on “More Options”
Click on “Add Transaction”
